How were you introduced to LW?
I came from the ski and snowboard scene and first saw a Linde Werdelin on the wrist of Jon Olsson (Swedish freeskier and racer). At that time, I was already interested in watches, but the special looking cases and materials that LW use, like carbon etc. immediately caught my eye. So the sporty, futuristic and special look was the trigger. Immediately after I discovered the company, I ordered the first watch. This was the 2013 Oktopus II Moon Blk DLC and a year later followed by the Spidolite Tech Green. I’m still in love with these two pieces and they never get old to me.

What was your most recent purchase, and how did it come about?
My latest purchase a couple months ago was the Spidolite Titanium 3D Movement. I had it in mind for a long time, but I am also on several waiting lists for other dream watches. As soon as I decided to buy the Spidolite there was a call from a watch boutique in my area, offering the opportunity to purchase a really big dream watch, that I had been waiting 2.5 years for. I decided to delay my SpidoLite purchase, because two timepieces in this range at the same time would be too much. But after a few nights, I realised I would regret it, because the SpidoLite had been stuck in my head for weeks and this piece was pure love! In the end, I bought the Spidolite and this was the best decision, it is now my favourite Linde Werdelin piece!

Which LW pieces do you have in your current collection? Any strong favourites?
– Oktopus Moon II Blk
– Spidolite Tech Green
– Oktopus Moon 3DTP Carbon
Oktopus BluMoon
Spidospeed Carbon Green 3D Movement
Oktopus Moonlite
– And my newest Spidolite Titanium 3D Movement

My newest purchase the Spidolite-T is of course the current favourite. But honestly they are all super special in their own way and are all in my heart, there is no better or worse for me.

How do you spend your free time, when not working?
Usually I would immediately say snowboarding and skiing in winter, and in the summer wakeboarding, but since my back is broken, I started playing piano again (it’s a little healthier). I played as a child and now I’m trying to get back, but its tough! Otherwise I collect designer/vinyl toys like Kaws, Hebru Brantley etc. so you will find me on a hunt for a new sculpture for my collection.

Favourite summer and winter holiday spots?
The winter is pretty amazing in Mayrhofen, Austria – the snow park there is so sick! Otherwise I love Serfaus/Fiss, also in Austria. In the summertime I prefer the Dachstein area, but since my back is injured, I would say that you can find me somewhere at the beach or exploring a cool city.
