Selling your piece with Linde Werdelin

We offer a pre-owned service for Linde Werdelin owners to submit their watch for review, and potentially have them accepted to be sold on our platform, either on consignment or by putting the pre-owned value towards a future purchase. This is not the same as buying back watches – a service we do not offer.

If your watch is accepted, LW will host your piece online for a 6-month period, with LW taking a commission of 20% + VAT payable by the seller. If the watch sells and requires a service (our watchmaker will investigate this) this will also be at cost to the seller. If it does not sell within the 6 month period, the watch will be sent back to you. Linde Werdelin works on your behalf to photograph and promote your timepiece, negotiate with buyers, organize shipping and logistics, authentication and provide a new warranty, enhancing the value of the piece.

Other things to note

All watches submitted must either have been bought from an authorised distributor, or come with complete paperwork including proof of sales warranty if purchased from secondary market.

We do not display watch models in pre-owned that are currently for sale in our online shop. We do not display watches in pre-owned if the same model is currently being displayed in pre-owned. However, please contact us as we will likely be able to list your watch once the current piece on display is sold.

Shipping costs to Linde Werdelin are paid by the seller, the new buyer will pay shipping costs for delivery of his timepiece.
