As you may recognise a US 39% tariff on Swiss watches is not exactly conducive to business. We are therefore equally delighted and relieved that the US and Swiss governments, maybe with a bit of nudging from some our most prominent colleagues, have managed agree on a much lower tariff of 15% – broadly in line with what most consumers in Europe pay in VAT.
This is hopefully a return to a longer-term solution, and we want to celebrate this a by offering all our clients worldwide a “negative tariff” of 15% off on all our watches and accessories until 15 December.
